On March 7–8, the POWER project kick-off meeting was held in Zagreb, marking the official start of the Erasmus+ initiative focused on wheelchair basketball development. Partners from Croatia, Serbia and North Macedonia agreed on work packages, tools and timelines. Dissemination, evaluation and financial protocols were finalised, and the meeting concluded with a strategic review and informal training session.
