From 20 to 22 June, Zagreb became a hub of education as part of the Erasmus+ POWER project. Organised by the Croatian Wheelchair Basketball Federation, the workshops combined strategic development sessions for federations with practical coaching clinics.
On the first day, Nicolai Zeltinger shared insights from the reorganisation of the German federation, highlighting strategic planning, funding, and programme development. The second day saw Janet Zeltinger lead a coaching camp that covered defensive drills, offensive systems, transition training, and team gameplay.
Participants from Croatia, Serbia, and North Macedonia actively engaged in discussions and practical sessions, further strengthening regional cooperation and knowledge exchange among coaches and officials.
